How about the Confederates or the Capitals after all Richmond was the Capital of the Confederacy - something to do with Richmond's history. The FS's are as dumb as the Grasshoppers in Greensboro. And how about a conflict of interest with the Richmond front office - how did they get to chose the team name and not the fans?
